LYTH HILL

Lyth Hill is a ridge just to the south of Shrewsbury made of Precambrian rocks.  The rocks here are what are known as 'conglomerates'.

The ridge provides good views west into Wales and south to the South Shropshire Hills. It is an ideal place from which to survey the landscape of South Shropshire
